Meet the prerequisites
Let the dryer cool, empty the drum and close the door. A hot drum can cause burns and makes this the wrong time to start the documented test. Stop for burning smells, damaged wiring or other warning signs.
Enter the matching test mode

Run without interrupting the door
Press Start/Pause. The documented test takes about 2 minutes; do not open the door during it. Record the displayed result rather than treating any ending as a pass.
Act on the result
End/0 is the normal result in this manual. CLg/Cg directs attention to exhaust restriction. Arrange safe duct correction before continued use; do not disconnect a gas exhaust indoors or clear a warning merely to finish a load.
